Urban analysis, programming, urban development
planning and masterplanning for North Tallinn, Estonia. The
project determines needs in terms of infrastructure,
defines the
urban strategies and identifies areas of potential growth. The
objective was to give the city of Tallinn an urban regeneration
plan for its northen quarters.
