| Sketch Design for a 35 floor appartment
tower in the center of Tallinn. First two split-level
floors consist of 2500 m2 of commercial space,
on top of which there are two office floors. 5th and
6th levels are hybrid floors with car parking and appartments.
Each apartment provides a magnificient
view over Tallinn Bay or the Old Town.
