Winning entry in the competition. The design of a new residential quarter on a seafront site located on the Munkkisaari peninsula in Helsinki.
The project strategically re-establishes the contact between city and sea.
On a 2,4 hectare site, the programme includes 44 000 sqm for housing, a new seafront promenade, public facilities, a marina and public and private gardens.
